Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

These terms only apply to individuals (The Client, what follows), not to commercial users, who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to contract for a delivery at the Client's address or a person of her choice with a usual residence address in the same country as the Client, in the same individual (Client) capacity. By using the Site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. 3 - Product information & Limitation of liability

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the inventory position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

All items presented on the Site conform to French legislation and norms that apply in France.

In no event shall Sobosibio be liable for any actual, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, whether in an action under contract, tort or under any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance and accuracy of the information, products and materials on this Site.

SobOsibio commits to protect the privacy of persons using its Website and the confidentiality of provided information.

Your personal information and data that are requested by SobOsibio are necessary to fill and follow your order, to manage your records on a commercial and marketing level, and to enhance the quality of our relationship.

This information and data are securely conserved in order to respect the legal and regulatory obligations and to be able to improve and personalise the services that we propose to you and the information that we send to you. Under the French law addressing computing and personal freedom, you are entitled to access, to rectify or to delete any information referring to you. 5 - Prices & Payment options

All prices are shown in Euros.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside France will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment, then you will be notified of this fact immediately, at the check-out stage.

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards and PayPal.


6 - Delivery guide & Costs

We currently offer two delivery options: express delivery (Chronopost International) and standard delivery (La Poste).

We are able to deliver to the following countries:
Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, The united Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Regarding Switzerland, all prices are not inclusive VAT. However, customers will be accountable for Swiss taxes at reception of the goods.

Sobosibio commits to deliver the available items as quickly as possible using the postal service or a private carrier.

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed in the case of force majeure - particularly in the case of strikes - as defined by law.

7 - Returns & Exchanges

In the event of you having a complaint or problem with any aspect of our service or the products we offer, please inform us by email. We take all complaints extremely seriously and we will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively.

Our Customer Service representatives are available between 9:30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday.

All complaints will be acknowledged and resolved as soon as possible. We will always keep you informed throughout the process of resolving your complaint and we will keep the details of your complaint confidential.

We always welcome feedback from our customers and are continually looking at ways to improve our service.

If you are not entirely satisfied, you can contact us by mail (to the following address: Sobosibio - 16 rue Villehardouin - 75003 Paris - France) or e-mail (Contact us) within 15 days after home delivery.

Certain clothing items are delivered with security seals that need to be left in place when trying on. All items returned without the safety seal in place cannot be reimbursed.

Incomplete, spoiled, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted. The Client will have to check the state and conformity of delivered items at delivery. The Client, by signing the delivery receipt from the transport company, accepts the delivery. No complaint regarding the state of the delivered items will be accepted at a later date. In particular, if the package is in bad condition, the Client will open the package in presence of the transporter to check the state of the delivered item. If damaged, the damages will be detailed on the return notice and the Client will refuse the item. Any complaint vis-à-vis the transporter will be notified by email ( HYPERLINK "mailto:contact@sobosibio.com" contact@sobosibio.com) within the next 48 hours from the delivery.

In all other cases, you can return the item at your cost, to the following address: Sobosibio - 16 rue Villehardouin - 75003 Paris - FRANCE. The returned item must be kept within its original package in complete state (accessories, notice, guarantee...) together with a copy of the purchase bill and of the return notice.

The set participation amount corresponding to the shipping and handling of the order will not be reimbursed. In the case of a defective item, the price of the item - as well as the set participation and return cost- will be reimbursed.

The product amount will be reimbursed within 30 days of reception by SobOsibio.

In the event of unfair or abusive returns, SobOsibio reserves the right to refuse any future orders.

8 - Intellectual property

The Site, www.sobosibio.com, Web service is strictly reserved for personal use.

All brands, texts, commentaries, work, illustrations and images used on the SobOsibio site are protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws and rights of publicity.

They are the full and complete property of SobOsibio. Any reproduction or representation, whether partial or in full, constitutes an infringement and could result in civil and/or penal action.

9 - Applicable law

If a dispute arises, SobOsibio will do its best to find with an amicable solution before any legal action is initiated.

All actions coming from the connection or use of the present Site are subject to French law. Only the French version of the Terms and Conditions (“Conditions Générales de Ventes" on this Site) has legal value.
